update HAL failed

I failed to full-upgrade the system this morning, and it always complained to fail update hal package and required a manually fixing. Google result, this is a bug to stop hal (i.e. hardware abstract layer) service for configuration. Solution: Move /etc/lsb-base-logging.sh to some temporary file, then updating hal should work, and then restore it.
