debian volatile project

今天偶然在一朋友的盒子里发现这么一行aptitude源配置：

deb http://volatile.debian.org/debian-volatile etch/volatile main contrib non-free

莫名其妙的volatile，有了它，很多包都找不到。查了一下，原来debian还有个debian volatile project，简单说就是比stable还要严格要求的源：坚决剔除不能正常工作的包。
