- Stare an object, which is either far or near.
- Try to see the object as vague as possible, and then to see it as clear as possible.
- Repeat the action until you feel bored.
- Finally, rotate your eyeballs anticlockwise and then clockwise.
This exercise in fact activates the Ciliary Body more active. For newbies, this treatment may not easy to master - see something vague and clear without skin winking. Spend several minutes to do this exercise, and you will have very good vision ability.
