install a neat recovery

ClockWorkMod is a reputable recovery, and now provides an app at:

so make sure your WIFI working. after having this app installed, one just executes its function item `flash ClockWorkMode recovery'. then reboot the machine.

flashing cyanogenmod

execute ClockWorkMode's function item `Download ROM' and choose CyanogenMod, and just follow the app's instruction. normally, people would like to choose the google extras, too.
