use apt-spy to select apt source

Besides netselect command, debian users can use apt-spy, a more reliable tool, to select apt source. Actually, behind a firewall, it is very possible to fail in netselect operation. The following case shows how to use apt-spy to generate the sources.list in current directory, only choosing testing port in North America:

$ apt-spy -d testing -a North-America -o sources.list
